Hi I started boxing training for the first time yesterday and im quite good at sparing and my punching and blocking etc.... but the thing im having trouble with is the fitness especially push ups. I need to learn how to do push ups as soon as possible so any tips would be great.

It baffles me that people could call Lennox Lewis "Greatest heavyweight champion of our time" or "of the century". It's just simply not true. "He's defeated everyone he's ever stepped in the ring with". HA! He shouldn't have lost to Hasim Rahman in the first place, Rahman's a mediocre fighter at best as is the other person who defeated Lewis, (can't remember his name). Rocky Marciano defeated everyone he ever fought the first time, he didn't need rematches, and he fought better heavyweights throughout his career than Lennox Lewis ever will. He beat Mike Tyson, big deal! Tyson was only inactive, and on medication, and in jail. If they had fought eachother in their prime, Tyson would have one and you know it.

I believe lennox is one of the greatest fighters to every step in a ring. And it doesnt matter that he is British he is A big gorgeous black man. And he boxes with class. that makes him a wonderful person and boxer next to his Powerful JAB..........

you are right ser , luan wil be the next world champion. i now luan personaly because we traint toghether in e sumer of 1988 in kosova peje and then i new he is gona be a whery good boxer only if hi was lycky to have a chanc to be able to train somewer in the west because in that time in kosova it was whery hard to train in general from serbian regime so hi was lycky and had a chanc to show himself and i dident , so i am gona cheer for him to the end and i am whery glad that you haw that opinion for luan good bye
