What name was given to the the US built version of the Vickers 6 tonner?

And how many did the Americans build?
I was watching a show last night on the development of US armour in WW2 and in the pre war part it showed a photo of one of these vehicles. It differs in the size of the drive sprocket and idler and the superstucture seems lower. The typical suspension units of the 6 tonner are there though!
