well, as far as I understand the whole video is one of the episodes of a documentary about the history of Soviet/Russian tank development aired on Kultura (Culture) TV channel in Russia. As for stealing - whenever you put something on the internet you bet it will be stolen one way or the other. That's what internet is for. That and porn (which is also stolen)
