American Universities in WW1

Hi , I have found a photo of a 1st WW Model T Ford Ambulance donated by Yale University . Any clues as to how to obtain a copy or access to any other photos of US Universities involvement in WW1. I have used search engine for Yale but it just brings up their publishing section . cheers ian

Hi , Thanks to Kip , I now have a full list of all the Ambulances and Staff cars and more importantly the repair cars donated by the various interested parties in America. Many thanks Kip . cheers ian
