..The two tanks along the road are not the same. The first is a male while the second is clearly a female. Also note the vehicle to the left rear in the second photograph with the female MkIV. It is a K-Flak; a Daimler M1914 m. Kp 7,7cm BAK. Though ignored in British accounts of the Cambrai attack, a number of these vehicles rushed to the breakthrough point, and knocked out more than 50 MkIVs; doing much to blunt the tank assault.

Jack, of course you're right: One is a male and one is a female tank so they cannot be the same vehicle. I didn't look close enough when posting the links. Thanks for pointing this out and also for the info on the German truck. Regards, Pat
