Hi all,
I'm more of a modern armor modeler but whenever I came across some nice preserved vehicle I used to make some pictures for others' profit.
This time I made a 130 pics walkaround of the FT17 which is displayed at Rethondes (France) in the Armistice clearing.

For those interested in, you can download it here

All the best

Be carefull!

As my connexion is not strong enough to download the folder, thanks to Olivier who send me a few pics of "the thing".
The tank is definitively a mock up, maybe rebuilt from some original parts, but useless as reference. It looks like another attempt I've seen in the east of France with original turret coming from the Maginot line and new hull and tracks, maybe the same.

Thanks Olivier!

I publish a small blog on real and replica tanks used in films and live reenactments, so I am always looking for detailed photos of replicas. I already had a few good photos of this replica, but none capturing the level of detail seen in these images!

I believe this replica was is FT from the 2004 French film "Very Long Engagement". I was only on screen for a few seconds, which makes me wonder if it was built for another film. I don't speech French it is hard to collect the details.

Best Regards,
