Rolls Royce Interior / "Black & Tan`s" - Pic

The photo shows a Rolls Royce interior crewed by two temporary constables of the Royal Irish Constabulary - Special Reserve ( "Black & Tan`s" ) note the simple "back-rest" & turret travel-lock.
