We use a similar setup to rig Ariel. It does take a bit of prep time, but once set one person can complete the process in a few minutes. My husband usually does all of the prep work and then I walk the mast around to make sure the mast wiring gets plugged in properly and tucked in. One person could do it.
There are standard door hinges at the top on both sides and the bases are on the deck against the toe rail. They are tied with a safety line to the chain plate to prevent slipping. It balances nicely just below the spreaders (put on an extra line to pull the loop back down once the mast is up).
It takes a few extra checks to make sure that all halyards and shrouds are in the right position before raising.
