I concur with all the thoughts above. training is most important and in considering new members we should make sure they have the same Enthusiasm that we do when it comes to team work, training and with over all business.So only letting a few in at a time is a wise choice.
Also i think we should start establishing some company cos, maybe have a voting thing, people suggesting who they think would be good,aswel as a reg trainer i think the two should be seperte that way not all the responisblitly are on a few or just one company to get members trained but on those that can be set aside from regular company co duties and these trainers could help in keeping up with our own individual training maybe even have a trainer for each company on a volunter basis ... or a couple of over all people to do the training What do ya think?
