You should never suggest the aeros do not tamper; they don't even have a feeder system! (by that I mean Bantam AA or Peewee). Name one junior team or NHL team that does not have a feeder or "farm team" please. They create a bogus elite team by stealing every other associations players. Asssociations that have provided a lot of girls with adequet coaching that allowed for said players to advance to the next level in the first place...
