Would you consider Homer refs in the final of the 17u game when they called a 2 min on Oakville with 3 min to go. I was at both games and taking away from the teams that won blaming homer refs is poor sportsmanship. Ridley was out s. hot 50 - 12 in the game with only two shots in the 3rd period. You should give Ridley credit for holding off Belle tire in the 3rd period. The whole period was played in ridleys zone. You were at the game would NHL refs looked the other way beacuse you had a short bench and were on the road . Belle tire didn't call the game they just played in it and the refs are responsible for there calls. Pool play was closer than the score Ridley didn't help the out come they drew untimly penelties i am sure the ridley coach addressed that because they stayed out of the box in the final.
