When you look at other teams where one goalie has played the majority of the tougher teams the differential is nowhere even close to the Missy one. Using your top /bottom analagy for the Aeros one goalie has played 6 top half teams and 2 bottom half teams while the other has played 6 bottom half teams vs two top half teams. based upon your analysis there should be a similiar differential except it is less than 2 shots. a differential of 9 shots per game is huge and statistically very hard to explain.

Especially with the quality of the team. The numbers you see for the other goalie are about wht you would expect that team to give up in a game.
