OK here is another question: why not recat.the top teams at Bantam AA let them move up to say Midget A or AA but allow them to play in tournaments as Bantam AA. Look at the top teams in Bantam AA in LL some have no losses or very few, not sure their development is considered. It certainly is helping the teams they are beating. I am sure if asked the top teams in Bantam AA would jump at the idea of moving up. Again, this would open up a whole new debate!
