It is actually 185km away but not the point. I can tell from the tone of the thread that there are hard feelings involved but that doesn't change the facts.

1. Whatever the reason for starting out at A, based on the teams record and GF/GA of 152-18, the coach and the association have to take the initiative to recategorize the team. Not doing so looks incredibly bad on them. The fact that they didn't is the reason we have the much hated Recat process. Teams like this are the problem.
2. Irregardless of the history, the article demonstrates poor sportsmanship especially when you look at the FACT that the Saugeen team should have placed themselves in a higher level.
