You are kidding yourself if you equate PW with Junior. Junior teams
don't have import rules or parents coaching. They scout from all over to make the best team they can. Missy and Aeros may be closer than most to Junior but most of the associations run it like an extension of minor hockey ...
A place for their kids to play when they get older. In junior, teams fold when they aren't financially viable (usually because of poor performance which leads to poor attendance)
