I guess you have assumed that all officers are paid employees. I have seen nothing that has led me to that conclusion. Agree that President is also an employee, stated in the bylaws and, as in the bylaws, unable to vote on any item.

Do you now have access to T4's or personal tax information that has verified that assumption. Probably not, otherwise you would already know the salaries.

By the way, a human resource person would not set policy. Boards set policy, HR person would act based upon policies and enforce them.

Everyone is not entitled under law or otherwise to access to personnel information just because it is a not for profit.

Just because you belief something does not make it a fact. There are lots of items on here that are facts just as there are lots that are not.
