I'm surprised the Aeros have not taken this step in the past.
The NCCP had AtomAA through MAA and a few pokes at IntAA before dying off. The Executive change was too drastic where little grooming from old to new was performed. Funny how the outstanding on ice continuing development program was not practiced in the boardroom.
