Re: Imports signed already?

Once you have played as an import for an organization on the following season are you still considered an import?
Yes and No.
You have already been released from you original organization. (Org.A)
With that said the organization you have been released to play (Org. B) may in their constitution regard you as an import for 2 years but if you are staying with the new organization (Org. B)then you do not need a PTS or release to stay.(but may still be considered an import in the eyes of (org. B).
Now to move to another organization (org. C) than you need a new release to move, and or you need a PTS from org.B to skate for any other org. including your original org. (A).
It is free movement but you still need to go through the proper channels.
