Not Demographics

Poor decisions in coaching selection from top to bottom,executive members taking care of each other and their friends,parents joining the executive to ensure their daughter does'nt slip from AA,parents with their noses so far up the coaches *#& it was revolting to watch,friends and acquaintices running coaching interviews and selections,executive members and friends getting coaching positions ahead of more qualified people.People may have forgotten, but this is the residue of a parent group called CPAC (that started about eight years ago) that was going to make sure that bad decisions by the previous regime didn't get repeated,well it did and it got worse.We could go on for hours,it's what you would call a disaster.Demographics in Brampton has been a hockey problem for a decade or more,but that is far from the reason that organization is in big trouble.
And before all the anonymous posters respond;no this is not sour grapes,this is why they are in such a mess.
