follow the coach

agreed...can't get it both ways. restrict players from following a coach of their choice to another centre for one year but allow imports to come and go freely is not the answer. if so, why not have the same rule and condition for import players? allow imports to come to a new centre only after the player makes a petition/declaration one year in advance that they wish to leave the centre they play at to join a new team. same standard only fair for all. the answer is within boundaries...set residential rescrictions and this may remove many of the tampering complaints and force centres to promote and develope both players and coaches rather than going outside their own ranks.
