The organization is run by non parents so is free of the types nepotism and favoritism that occurs with many of the full service clubs.
They have a long history of helping the players become successful both with hockey and post secondary education. Like it or not her chances are better with Aero's than with many of the full service clubs.
As long as this exists the cream of the crop will consider this as a destination.
