Limit organizations to 1 AA team to start. It is stupidity to have 2 AA teams in one organizaton. Cut down the number of centers that have AA teams to 25-30 tops. How do you do this? That is the question.

The OWHA philosophy seems to be that the easier for a girl to play AA, the more it will attract girls into hockey and the longer they will stay in hockey. They are affraid that if a girl sees that she will never make it higher than A, that see will leave the game sooner. Their thinking is that if you can play AA, your scholarship dream lives on, and you continue to play, no matter how weak you and your team are. This is why they allow so many AA teams. How do you get them to change this thinking??
