Passionate vs realism...I would not question any one of my daughters about being passionate and taking sacrifices for the team...once I got over my ego of her playing in the NCAA and realized she has a future to worry about, I agreed with her..She still played but had a very realistic outlook on her future.

One year after graduation she is in a marketing position with a worldwide sporting goods company.. Last 6 months they have sent her to Europe and all over Canada...Sport helped, but her but participation in Student Government, volunteering and grades got her the job... and yes the beer league... She loves it.
