Response to Which centre leads the way for developing players and what makes them good

Dice said "I think that many people including you fail to see just why the Aeros move players on to the next level.....exposure has a lot to do with it.....they roll lines and this allows all of their players exposure....where as most other organizations will see players stapled to the bench during key points in games.

This is called development....exposing players to all situations allows players to develop in all facets of their game. Giving them confidence and the necessary skill set to be effective in all situations at the next level.....sure looks like development to me! "

When you recruit a team full of high end players and put them with a good coach
It is easy to roll the lines. When a club bases a team on local players sometimes the
bench has to be shortened to be competitive. Clubs that take players from Novice to Midget
Are developing players.
The Aeros do a great job of showcasing players but they start out with players that were
'developed' by other clubs.
