Thats cool.....work and school close by....very good.

Prices in some warm US climates are so low....I purchased in Scottsdale and rent it out as a vacation rental and it is more then paying for its self. Lots of gold courses....I just hope that the NHL team in Phoenix stays as watching hockey while staying warm would be nice.
