Why not put together a committee for each age Novice, Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget and higher and have each committee recategorize at the beginning of January after all player movement has been locked in. The strong teams would face each other going forward and the weaker teams would face each other. Having coaches and parents putting in letters against teams doesn't do anything. The system is flawed
