RR Approved Accutron question

I have a Bulova Accutron with a white face, date window, two stems, hour, minute and second hands plus another small red hand on the dial. Lettering on the dial just above the center says Bulova Accutron. Just below the center of the dial it says "Railroad Approved" and "Mark II".
The face dial also has small red lettering for military time. The original strap has lettering on the back that says "Accutron" and "Genuine Lizard". Lettering on the back of the case says Bulova N5 and JO81464. The case is stainless steel.
I know nothing about the watch, but want to learn. Can anyone tell me about it?
Thanks
