Why doesn't Miles move up to the prostock class? He is a talented driver and has a fast car. To me, it looks like he could be seriously competitive with the big guys. It used to be a rule that you moved up after (I think it was 4) wins in the rookie, er I mean limited, class. Is that not the case anymore?

nope, that is not the case anymore. the old rule was you had to win like 3 or 4 in a row and then the pit steward decided if you got moved up. Now, the rule is unless you really dominate the class (12 or 13 wins in one season) you don't have to move up. He is pefectly within the rules right now.
