WAYNE JELLY! Someone (I don't care who!) needs to knock jelly down a few pegs! He is without a shadow of doubt, the biggest idiot out there! what he did to tremont, just blows my mind! Out of control, egotistical bastard!!! He should have been thrown the f*ck out! And told don't ever comeback!DISRESPECTFUL PRICK! I've been going to the track for quite a few years now, and I couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing! I wish kenny would have beat the piss out of him!

Wayne hit Kenny more than once ... as if it was Kenny's fault that he got a flat tire.
However ... JR gets the award.
It's tough for me to say that because I like JR. His sister and mother are friends of mine, and I'd almost consider dumping Lori Cary for the chance to be JR's brother-in-law.
BUT ...
He knocked Russ out of the way to win what was supposed to be the first race with zero tolerance.
The rules still only apply to some.

I was standing by the scales waiting for my driver to go through and saw the whole thing. Wayne was pulled up next to the 145 car behind the scales. Ken went to go behind them back to his pit (he was pitting on the back stretch near 3&4 with his 358) Wayne saw Ken going back to his pit and jumped on the gas..drove right into the side of Ken..in the pits.He hit Ken hard enough that Ken's right rear went over the top of Wayne's front end. What amazes me is after that they let the clown get back into a race car.He is lucky he did not hurt someone. I have been going there for 25 years and it is only the second time I have ever seen A guy intentionaly wreck someone in the pits. (the first time was the 52 sportsman car..I think Ferraro but I may be wrong about the name..wrecked Kokosa in the pits.) The 52 car was told not to come back for the rest of the year. Wayne was not even told he could not race again that night. Typical Valley politics.
As far as Heffner getting into Rekner...I could not see from where I was standing, however Rus did tell me he had all but lost his brakes with 6 to go and just could not drive in as hard as he would have liked. I felt bad for the guy. That last caution killed him. He did a great job though and he will get one sooner or later.

I had no idea about the incidence in the pits.
Wayne wins "A-Hole of the Evening", as so many people accurately guessed.
Hands down.
The Tremont's and Jelley's go back 40 years. Chuck Ely, the man who originally made the 115 famous, was married to and is survived by Joann Jelley. Many members of the Jelley clan ... including Wayne ... attended Olivia Tremont's funeral.
Clearly, Wayne is out of control, and thinking about nothing but winning.
As for Russ, I am guessing that JR's tap was unintentional, because Russ would have been livid over it.
This means I can forgive JR, and continue my plan to dump Lori Cary and pursue his sister.

I was standing at the scales myself - I saw a completely different rendition of this event. Wayne was sent into the second pit entry because Kenny wouldn't get out of his way at the first pit entrance. Kenny then drove over the front of Jelley - Disagree or Agree, I was there too and I am just as much a Tremont Fan as I am a Jelley Fan - I don't know what took place on the track, but both of them are acting out of control with one another - BOTH OF THEM, not just Jelley and not just Tremont - they are both acting like two spoiled little brats and won't budge an inch - But I will refuse to call either one of them an a-hole. I just think that they are both spoiled.

Could that have been because after the checkers Wayne was banging Kenny in the rear down the backstretch? Again, no tolerance, ha-ha-ha. Kenny is not used to having a trailer on the backstretch. May have come in the entrance he is used to, and then had to turn right instead of going straight, and there were prostocks lined up for their race. Didn't Wayne have to go to the scales? Why was he trying to go in that entrance? Because he was after Kenny. I will also say that I am not a Tremont fan or a Jelly fan. Unbiased observer of the whole thing.

I watched Rodney flag Wayne to the other entrance - I really did not see what was happening on the front stretch because I had already started over to the scales - I won't talk about something I didn't see - I do think they both have an issue with each other - What it is I couldn't tell you - They need to get over it though, because they are both going to loose in the end - This sport costs way to much to be doing stupid **** like they have been doing to each other.

Hold it.
Apply pressure to the brake pedal, come to a complete stop, and back this puppy up.
Kenny Tremont?
Spoiled?
Huh?
You cannot be serious. There is just no possible way that you can be even remotely serious. Kenny Tremont is above reproach. He's not just a fan favorite ... almost all the drivers hold Kenny in a higher regard than they do the rest of their competitors ... and with good reason.
I've always called him "Kenny Kenny Two Shoes", because the guy is all but incapable of doing wrong. He's the kind of guy who turns in a $10 bill he finds lying on the ground. If he swears and someone hears it, he gets embarassed. At an age when most people are counting the days until their kids move out and they have their houses to themselves, Kenny adopts children, and loves them as he loves his natural own sons.
As I said in the other post, what happened on the track was Wayne's own fault, and, as always with Wayne, it was a direct result of his impatience and temper.
He needs to cool down. Plain and simple.

Gasketcase, your right, spoiled was the wrong adjective to use. I just can't pinpoint the most accurate word. Please remember that I absolutely adore Tremont - I know that he is one of the most polite humans on the face of this earth.

Amen.
I can't elaborate without giving away my identity, but my allegiance should be with Donnie Corellis, whether he's right or wrong ... whether he sucks or is the best.
My admiration for Kenny comes from the real world, and is merely augmented by his accomplishments on the track.
And, I know I'm bad-mouthing Wayne and pointing a finger at him, but it's because I want to see him win the track championship, and I don't want anyone to be able to say that he did it by walling his competition.

You are absolutely right about Kenny being one of the most polite people at the track. I have been going to the Valley for 20 years, since I was 10 years old, and in all that time I have NEVER seen KT take a swing at anyone. He gets mad, he speaks his peace, but throw a punch!!?? Obviously he has been pushed to his limit.

JR knocked Russ out of the way...God damnit, he's as bad as Colsten out at Thunder. That guy needs new nerfbars every week. Also, I doubt Russ would be that livid, he wouldn't show it but if you went up and talked to him I'm sure you could tell how he felt.
Sigh...his day will come.

The only incident I saw on the track was Wayne coming up and bouncing Kenny, coming out of turn 4. I do not believe it was intentinal, because Wayne passed a dozen guys in the same manner in the heat races. But, it was definitely wayne's fault, nevertheless.
No one but Howie can see the whole track, and even then, it's impossible to watch everything, so I can't say that there wasn't contact in the east end. BUT ... with the distance that was between them, i don't see how it could have been possible.
I just want Wayne to knock it off and stop costing himself. He's a great driver, and he's got an enormous set of Jelleys. I want him to win that championship that eluded Butch.

I kind of think the JR-Russ thing was unintentional. If Russ' brakes were acting up, it would explain why he slowed as much as he did. I'll have to watch the video if they posted it to the site and see it again.

The ******* of the night would have to go to Dan burles and his pit crew for makeing asses of themselfs! I can't wait untill next race to see who he throws a fit about next! Some ppl need to grow up and stop complaining about **** that happens on accident!

Amen to that....what has it been now....a total of 8 races...and 4 out of 8 of them, Mr. Burl and his pit crew have made a spectacle of themselves. Not only are they endangering themselves but the welface of others too. Jumping out on the track during the first race to go after harper, kicking his car...then last week he wouldn't get off the track and the sportsman had like 6 caution laps because he refused to go back to his pit area, because j5 hit him, which i am sure was not intentional and then this past saturday he hit joe coming into the pits like 3 times in the rear because on the track, joe was hit and danny was trying to pass him on the outside and joe was bumped up into danny...so of course, danny jumps out of his car and comes barreling over and wants to beat joey up...give me a friggin break...joe would never hit anyone intentionally....joe had the heat race in the bag...first place for 6 laps, with one to go and he got a flat so he came out of fourth and starting pulling to the inside to come in, danny runs in the back of him and wayne runs into danny but yet that was joe's fault....Now danny says he is going to purposely put joe in the wall....WHEN is this nonsense going to stop??? he has proven to everyone he is out of control and a danger to himself and others and yet he continues to just get away with it....but my aunt is right...just keep quiet and don't say a word, he makes a complete ass of himself all on his own...but you mark my words, he is going to hurt someone or himself.....just like jelley...these two really need to be out....Joe even apologized when he got a flat, which was no fault of his own and danny completely ignored him and then after the incident in the consi, danny really wanted to kill someone....WOW...I can't believe howie and harry allow such behavior and i know it is not just jelley, and burl, from what i understand...miles too...but come on!!! let's see who he wants to beat up next week...

don't forget how Burl's pit crew decided to man handle a forteen year old cheering for his father. They took both shoulders and then pushed him. Fighting with an adult is one thing putting your hands on a kid makes them look even more like a**es. I mean don't get me wrong wanting to kick someones a** because of an accident isnt exceptable either but its way worse when you lay your hands on a kid. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE because BURL is out of control and so is JELLEY and someone is definitly going to get hurt and I don't think its going to be a few black and blues either. So I wanna know what's going to be done about this nonsense. But most likely nothing, something will only happen when someone is taken to the hospital and it shouldnt even go that far. IT NEEDS TO BE STOPPPED, AND STOPPED NOW!

That was my 14 year old that was grabbed and the person who grabbed him is lucky I missed it or they would have been eating a pound of Aunt Betty's Nut Butter! Fair warning out there to you all....The State Troopers will be notified next week and somebody will be arrested!

AMEN! If Howie won't do something about this **** going on, then our team should and all the others that have the same problems we do. And then MAYBE Howie will get it through that THICK LITTLE HEAD OF HIS.....IT IS UNEXCEPTABLE the **** teams have to deal with because other teams are out of control and he won't do a damn thing about it. And I hope someone steps to the plate and calls the STATE POLICE! No one hesitated in the past, last year I saw them there. So if this is how it has to be, so be it. It is VERY SAD that it is coming to this.

We found out that the guy who man handled this 14 yr old was not on burles team. He apologized to the kid and was taught that it is not right! The guy claimed that he thought the kid was trying to start stuff! so yeah! pluse he probley was not playing with a full deck of cards and is a hot head!

you missed that marvelous spectacle!!! oh it was quite a sight. I think harper accidentally hit danny burl in coming out of turn 1, going into turn 2 and burl hit the wall (i didn't see who contacted who first, just saw danny in the corner in the wall) and then danny jumped out of the car during the race while they were throwing the caution, Walked down the track with the cars still circling, and tried kicking or did kick harpers car while it was moving and then when harper pulled in pit lane, burl ran down with his helmet and stood in front of harper, throwing his hands around...it was quite the show...too bad you missed it....

I am sad I missed that, seeing as I set up camp right in the Harper hauler when I am at the Valley I would have had a front row seat. You do that kind of **** at Thunder, both teams involved in the fight are gone for the year, no questions asked. Wouldn't that be a nice policy at Lebanon...

Oh we can't forget the number 44 car! OMG what can i say about him? lets see one he can not drive. 2 Did he or did he not take himself out last weekend? Ok so why does he bother to come back! He takes himslef out along with other ppl. I think that car is too much to handle for and him and he should go back to being a rookie. But hey that is what i think!

It is getting very hard to not respond to you girls. You are really starting to give Joe a bad image. He's a nice guy, and doesn't deserve that. If he has a problem with a driver, let him handle it. You guys need to stay out of it.
Scoring disabled. You must be logged in to score posts.
which girls are you refering too? I made my point about the incident in the pits. I called it like I saw it. I'm not constintly on here bitching, We were talking about *******s of the night and he definitly landed himself in that one. The 44 shouldnt be brought up..your right on that, there wasn't really a problem with him Saturday, and that needs to rest until we have another ******* of the night post and he ****s up. I'm definitly NOT giving Joe a bad image. I called it like I saw it and said what I had to say and have let it go. So just to let you know that if you read my posts you would see that i made my point and moved on, about the whole Burl and mabb accident. It was what it was....A JOKE! And things like that need to be stopped..and just to let you know Joe handles his problems with other drivers but it was brought up so I made a point and that was that. SO I HOPE you weren't directing it towards me. We all bitch about different drivers and stick up for them and what not...so I mean if we are and i hope I'm not included in this, but giving joe a bad image then what kind of image do you set when you bitch or stick up for them? Just a question...I'm not trying to cause a fight. I'm just trying to make a point but i dont know if I'm making it clear enough. But I have pretty much moved on from this whole thing so I really do hope it wasn't directed towards me. Like i said, I said what i had to say and made my point and moved on. But thank you for your advice.

I did not say that you mentioned Joe's name in your post. It is common knowledge that you and shadow are related to Joe because it's been posted on the board before. Therefore, you reflect on him. That's just the way things are.
Here's the deal, none of these guys are perfect, and they are all going to make mistakes. There are higher expectations of some because of their experience or high dollar equipment, but even they will make a mistake once in a while. There are very rare occasions when "intentional" stuff happens. If you are going to call out other drivers, then you have to be prepared for it when others call out Joe. That's pretty much all I have to say about it. I have never posted on this board to start a fight, and I don't intend to now.
Scoring disabled. You must be logged in to score posts.
I have to agree with the theme of that. It is a very low percentage of incidents that are intentional. The majority are just mistakes made in the the thrill of the chase, and a good amount of them are just old-fashioned bone-headed stupidity. (Like the kind I demonstrate on a regular basis.)

you are sooo funny...but as i said to dirttrackprincess...we all need to respond in the same sort of way you do, with a great sense of humor and without negativity..just good old fashion objections and a level head on your shoulders....your just the best...
