the only person who won the race saturday was mother nature.....god that sucked!!!!! it was so damn muddy and slippery....my sandals got stuck in the mud and they broke...LOL and then i had to go bare foot...ooooh was that great valley clay on my feet and then my feet were so slippery and when you walk out to exit via the pit entrance i couldn't make it up the hill because my feet kept sliding backwards...it was quite the entertainment...everyone in the pits got a great laugh at my expense, all eyes were on me and i bet you they would have loved to see me sprawled out in the mud...but i finally made it...my feet were moving but i wasn't going anywhere....LOL....i would of loved to see it on video, i would of died of embarassment.....anyway...i checked the weather all week and i didn't see anything about such a horrible storm and then wah lah on the way home it cleared up...go figure...this is two weeks in a row...there damn well better be some racing this coming saturday or i will go more insane then i already am....

you probably did it discreetly, like a pro and know one noticed...i did it in front of an audience....my brother said, turn around and wave, everyone in the pits is watching you....so of course i did...LOL...i looked like such an ass....lol...oh well if i fell i would have just layed there and made mud angels....instead of being embarassed.....lol

Oh, I have to admit, it wasen't THAT bad, but it was still embarrissing.

I would have made mud angels..

I was having fun just sliding down the track, but still keeping my balance. Wearing workboots was a good decision.

if i did happen to fall, i would not have gotten up so others could have laughed at my expense...i would have just layed down and did mud angels so i could laugh with them and hopefully the kids at heart would have joined me....

If I had seen you, I would have joined you. I'm sure my 'crew' would have been laughing just as hard.

It's a shame everyone had left, we could have gotten a couple of drivers to have a match race. That would have been fun :)

At the very least they should have put the purestocks out there to try and run the track in. I bet that in itself would have been amusing :)

Two weeks with no racing....my hand are shaking, I'm cranky...I think it's an addiction! I came home from vacation Saturday so I could go to the track and what do I get for driving 4 hours? RAINED ON!

About flip flops....it's easier to clean them than sneakers! I've stepped in the pit mud with sneakers on before, and when I pulled my foot out, the sneaker was still stuck in the mud!

well i am glad i won't be falling on my hind side and doing mud angels on saturday (although i am sure some of you here would like to see me fall and possibly even give me a shove along the way)...BECAUSE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL SATURDAY.....i can't wait...but then again you can never trust the weather man....who knows maybe i will be face down doing mud angels....

I have been watching the weather all week. I'm really hoping it will not rain!!

I hope it rains in binghamton so I can go to the valley without having to ditch my friend.
