Because we didn't see it the first time

The Mabb's saved me from what promised to be a very boring evening. When it rains on race day, I lose interest in everything, and don't want to do anything. This weekend was worse than usual, because I didn't do much all day, and really looked forward to the races.

Joe and I sat and talked racing for hours and hours, but it seemed like it was only a 10 minute visit.

In short ... The Mabb's are a great bunch ... the kind of people I like being around. I'm not one for putting on false airs, and it was nice to be able to relax and be myself.

Of course, had Nina showed up (instead of standing me up), I'd have wanted to swing from the branches and beat on my chest ... but I would have contained myself, and limited my actions to drooling.

It was a blast, nevertheless.

Maybe next time, you and the others will join the party.

Well Gasketcase...i had a wedding to attend so I couldnt join you guys. BUT...I would love to meet you so maybe this Saturday I will find you in the 402 pits again? I hope so I would love to see your humor in person you seem really nice and I'm sure Nina will be there this time. Unless you scared her off....LOL! I'm sure you didnt though.

sorry valleygrl he wasn't in the pits.....it was a top secret camp out for only white house officials...so it was only him and joe and debbie....sorry...we will have to go to the next meeting....lol

yes it is crap....but since gasketcase is a candidate for president...he only attends meetings with the high and elite...lol....so maybe next time.....

If I don't get in the pits during the races, I will come in as soon as they'll let me across the track, so don't leave early.

Or ... if the crew is here (at "Camp David"), we can have a party before the races.

It really is a small world. Especially when you consider that most people travel hundreds of miles to get away, and here we are, a few miles from home, getting away at the same place.

no gasketcase they won't be back until next year....LOL....my brother is all about work and no play....to get him to take any sort of vacation is like pulling teeth...and if you guys think sleeping on the ground in a tent, sopping wet and hot is a vacation then you guys are nuts!!! LOL...vacation is a luxury resort.....and shame on simplyme78 for lying for you and saying what a nice great guy you are in person too!!!

Sadly we only vacation once a year.....blkshadow is right Joe is all work and no play...
BTW my tent and air matress are alot more comfortable than home!

Sadly I missed out on all the fun this time. Gasketcase, I am very sorry that I did not choose to go to "Camp David" like I had origionally planned, although I am very upset with you that while I was on the phone with SimplyMe78, you did not even say hi!!! Shame on you...how do you expect to get anywhere in life when you are all talk behind the computer, and to shy to say hello on the telephone?!?1 I thought you were better than that!! Smile!!
