I have to add one comment to this... Jeff Watson was in a Modified for part of the year. Obviously he does not have the talent to drive it.. It was too much for that little boy to handle.......That is the truth.. Yes, Jeff is a good driver in a sportsman, his dad was a very good driver too. Did you ever think that sponsors have a lot to do it ?? It depends on how much money is put into a car ?? Set up is also an option, everyone doews it different and dials there car in a certain way.

*****Jeff did have the Talent to drive a Modified but wanted to focus on winning his First Championship in the Sportsman Class which he has done.For 6 years him and his Dad and Crew have worked very hard and it was not the time to break the concentration,he thanked Stan Wetmore and his team for having respect for his wishes and the chance to drive his car.Thank you to all his fans. Yes. Congrats to jeff for his sportsman championship! He did an excellent job and certainly deserved this. I hope next year he'll do just as great!
