Can I just check that I've got these facts correct please: Shields was tried in a democratic country, which is part of the EU and found guilty by a jury - even identified as the person responsible by witnesses - of caving some poor barmans head in after a night on the grog.

Why the FUCK should we be going around releasing people who have already been lawfully tried, being afforded the usual legal protection and found GUILTY of a crime?
