i may be suffering the same problems you described that your wife is suffering i become unreakistic and enraged except this time i punched my husband of 12 years he wants a divorce. and does not believe me that this is a real disorder i have been avoiding the doctor for years and thought i had it under control but about every 4-6 months i have a complete breakdown and each time things get better to only get much worse. i dont really have any real advice for you other that to tell you that if your wife is at all like me she really needs alot of attention i know it sounds rediculous to think you would want to pay her any attention but alot of my tough anger is centered around not feeling as if i have goten my share of the "spotlight". i really love my husband i hope we work this out and i wish you all the luck to do the same.. ispend so much of my time feeling ashamed and alone i wish that i had a family member to interfere. im going to get some counseling in fact im going today> have you gone?
