Last month I was the target of her rage. So this month I tried to stay out of her way.
So she went after the kids.
She slapped her 10 year old son for getting the bathroom wet while he
was taking a shower and threatened to call the police on him.
On Saturday she slapped her 15 year old son for swearing at her. She had been verbally attacking him about his grades, friends and work. He finally got feed up with it and yelled back. I had to break up the fight and separate them.
I told her that we should wait a few days before talking about it. This caused her to get mad at me.
She should calm down in a few days. I would like some suggestions on how I can get her to get treatment. Do you have a web site that I could forward to her? How should I approach the subject. I have until about June 16 before we have another outburst. I'm anticipating a rough one. It's elementary school graduation on the 16th (she's on the graduation committee), the 15 year old leaves for a 2 week trip to Spain on the 16th and it's my birthday on the 17th.
Your suggestions are needed!
