Response to Hello, I'm new

Hi Fred
I don't know if my wife has PMS or PMDD or if she has anything at all. Since I started visiting this forum, I have read some pretty convincing information given freely by others around here. It makes me feel less like I'm trying to prove my wife is a nut.(to use her words)
I don't know how much you've read here but, read it all and you'll see you're not alone. You'll be amazed at the coincidences between your situation and others.

My wife does not accept that she may have pms or pmdd. However she can receive and send jokes on e-mail, to her friends about PMS. Some of the jokes are actually quite halarious like the one..."What does PMS stand for"?
-- Pre Murder Suspect --har har har. Her joke not mine.
The point I'm trying to make is, it's frustrating when she and her friends act like it's common knowledge that woman get PMS but, if I mention it... she FREAKS!
Sounds a little like just plain old disrespect for the husband.
Don't get me wrong. I love my wife and I admire her in many ways but, this pms denial "thing" has me puzzeled.

Later
Steve
