problem i have

with stock clas is, they never stay stock. And the fault lies with us the pullers. Like me many people are into pulling, and build a truck to take on off weekends. As this catches on we have trucks that get trailered in to pull, and never ever see the road. And i hear this all the time,"he uses it everyday", and i'll say witht he rear end blocked up with those fake shocks, must be a rough ride.

But the problem really is with rules, at the pulls we do with Hill Sled, the stocks are always add on's, and no one sanctions them, no one really can anymore without requiring a bunch of sagety stuff. How am i gonna drive my truck every day with driveshaft loops? So the add the stock class and few guys in the know bring hot trucks and wear em all out. Shame on me I like to do it once or twice a year myself.

I ussually recomend to promoters to make it local and check licenses. Base it off the number of pulls in the area, the more pulls the closer they need to be, the fewer the further out you go. Licence abd insurance, and no dealer tags. These are all the things I have used to pull stock. I know it eliminates me for their compatitions, but its ok if its fair to the ones that go. If they dont want to make rules, I'll go and play, and when everyone starts gripping, send them to the promoter, i'm not illegal if there aint no rules.
