2004
Classes
Absolute Showroom 6000 lb.
Small Block Showroom 6000 lb.
Big Block Showroom 6500 lb.
Big Block Street Trucks 6500 lb.
Small Block Street Trucks 6200 lb.
Modified Street Tire 6200/6500 lb.
Small Block High Output 6500 lb.
Big Block High Output 6200/6500 lb.
Diesel 8000 lb.
Modified Diesel 7500 lb.
Outlaw 6500 lb.

General Rules
These rules apply to all vehicles in all classes.
1. Weight classes
2. All classes require a minimum of three pullers
3. No alcoholic beverages on track or pit area. Any driver believed to be a potential safety hazard will be barred. Driver is responsible for his pit crew. Failure to observe rules will result in disqualification with no return of entry fee.
4. Pulling or tow vehicles must be operated in a safe manner at all times
5. All drivers must wear shirt, pants, and shoes in competition.
6. Seat belts recommended.
7. All weights must be fastened. No weights permitted in cab, under hood, No Loose ballast or bags.
8. Vehicle must start and stop on signal of track judge, No use of rear view mirror. The pull is considered over when forward motion stops. Violators will be disqualified.
9. All vehicles must weigh in and pass safety inspection. The two and a half pound fire extinguisher is required. ( track judges reserve the right to reweigh any pulling vehicle)
10. No one is allowed on the track or within 25ft. of the track except for the track officials, Judges and contestants.
11. No pit crew member will be permitted on track except to help start the vehicle and get it hooked to the sled.
12. No one other than the driver is permitted in the vehicle while the vehicle is pulling.
13. The vehicle must be start with the hitch pulled tight, there will be no jerking or working of the clutch after the pull is started. Any violation will be disqualified.
14. The vehicle and sled must remain within the boundaries during the pull. Any attempt to move the sled is considered measurable.
15. The contestants must pull in their assigned position and within three minutes of sled spotting. ( The track official will determine a position change if necessary )
16. Entries will close at the start of a class, unless due to traffic hold up.
17. The first puller is the test puller with an option to re-pull in any Position. All decisions on a re-pull must be made before the vehicle leaves the track and with the judge’s approval. Any disqualification on the first pull bars any second attempt. During the pull off, only one attempt is allowed to make a measurable pull.
18. The judge’s decision will be final in all classes. The judges have the option to re-pull all first pulls.
19. Rain out: (1) during pull, any class not completed will be treated as a rain out. If a class must be canceled after 2/3 of the entries have pulled, purse for the class must be paid. (2) The pulling session can be called complete if ½ of the advertised classes have been completed. We reserve the right to reschedule.
20. If your vehicle has an open top, a roll bar and a helmet with a face shield is required. All vehicles must have a windshield in place.
21. Electric fuel pumps are allowed in all classes. No dual rear wheels are allowed.
22. All vehicles, while being hitched and unhitched will be in park or in neutral with the driver’s hands in the air.
23. Any excessive loss of liquid on the track or loss of any parts is a cause for disqualification.
24. All vehicles with a state inspection will pull in only one class unless otherwise permitted.
25. Any arguing or unsportsmanlike conduct toward an official is cause for disqualification of both the driver and the vehicle for the day.
26. All vehicles must have working rear suspension. minimum 5 spring plys exception the modified class.
27. Contestants must be sixteen years of age or older to enter in any class.
28. ALL PULLING is at the PULLERS own risk!
29. No vertical hitches PERMITTED!!!

Showroom Trucks
CLASSES
Small block 412 CI and less. 6,000lb.
Big block 413 CI and up. 6,500lb.
General rules apply
1. Two add-ons or modifications allowed. Add ons being – An aluminum intake, headers, a Holley carburetor.
2. A rough idle will be considered a modification.
3. The vehicle should look and sound like an everyday driving vehicle.
4. An inspection and licenses necessary, the owners card and insurance card may be asked for to verify the legality of the vehicle.
5. D. O. T. tires only – cut tires allowed, tread can be no deeper than the original tread.
6. Must pull bumper or Reese hitch. The hitch point must be the rear of most part of your vehicle.
7. The hitch point can be no higher than the frame.
8. No heavy front bumper or hanging weights allowed. Snow plow rigging is allowed.
9. Weights can be in the truck bed, None in cab.
10. No weights are allowed under the hood. This will be checked before, during, and after the class is pulled.
11. Posi traction carriers are allowed. No welded carriers or spools permitted in front rear or rear differential.
12. Compression ratio should be no higher than year of the truck being pulled.
13. 10in. wide rims allowed- 12-in. tread width
14. Any truck towed or hauled into the pull will not pull in showroom class. The vehicle must enter the arena under its own power.
15. No nitrous oxide or racing fuel allowed.
16. No suspension add-ons, helper springs, air backs. Stock springs and overloads only.

Street trucks
Classes
Small block 412 CI and down - 6,200lb.
Big block 413 CI and up - 6,500lb.
1. Must have original equipment as intended by the manufacturer with body, hood, and fenders. The bed must be factory installed with floor. Flat beds allowed.
2. No frame alterations, lengthening or shortening.
3. Vehicle must be street legal or pass Pennsylvania state inspection.
4. Tire size: Limited to 12in. tread width and 10in. rims. Must be D. O. T. approved. No Dual tires, chains, or studs. No Wrangler type tires.
5. Suspension blocks are allowed. Lift kits are allowed. Must have at least 1in. of travel before suspension is solid.
6. Factory fuel injection or turbochargers only.
7. Any battery powered ignition may be used.
8. No stall converters or slipper clutches.
9. No nitrous oxide or any combustion accelerant.
10. Hitch height can be no higher than 26". Point of break to center of axle must be at least 36% of vehicle wheel base.
11. Factory high performance heads and exhaust manifolds allowed.
12. Inspection and license are necessary. - Owner’s card and insurance card may be ask for to verify the legality of the vehicle. There will be an equipment check and the following items must function: wipers, lights, turn signals, heater, windows must crank up and down, no Lexan or plexiglass-must be glass, brake lights must work.
13. D. O. T. tires only. Cut tires allowed- tread can be no deeper than original tread.
14. Can use pulling hitch- hitch can be no higher than 26" -hitch must be rigid in all directions.
15. Heavy front bumpers and hang on weights allowed. Weights must be securely fastened no further than 18in. from the grill.
16. All general rules also apply.
17. Must run mufflers or at least 6ft. of exhaust-limited to 3in. in diameter.
18. Fan shroud recommended.
19. Street trucks that are trailered in will run 200 lb. lighter than trucks that drive in.
20. After market heads permitted. No porting of any kind.
21. Dual plane intake only permitted, aluminum or cast.
22. Add-ons or modifications allowed- headers, camshaft, aluminum intake, after market carb, Hi-Po heads.
23. No hood modifications.
24. No aluminum heads, after market or O.E.M.
25. No dominator carburetors.
26. Big block street trucks will be allowed four add-ons.

High output
Classes
Small block 435 cubic inch and less - 6,500lb.
Big block 440 C.I. up to 475 C.I. - 6,500lb.
1. All general rules apply.
2. No frame alterations.
3. Limit to one four barrel carburetor. High-rise manifolds are allowed. No tunnel rams allowed. Factory fuel injection and turbochargers are allowed.
4. Must have fan shroud.
5. Headers are allowed with mufflers or must run at least 6ft. of exhaust system
6. Pulling hitch is permitted.
7. Suspension blocking is allowed. Must be bolted in.
8. Internal engine changes are permitted.
9. Posi or welded front ends allowed.
10. Hook Height is 26in.. Point of break to center of axle should not be less than 27% of wheel base.
11. Must be street legal. Inspection and license not necessary. Vehicle must be able to pass PA state inspection- lights, wipers, turn signals, windows must crank up and down, brake lights must work.
12. No wider than 12in.rim. Tread width not to exceed 14in.
13. Weight bracket allowed. Weights can be no further than 60in. from the center of the front axle.
14. D. O. T. tires only. Cut tires allowed.
15. No wrangler type tires- bar tires. No stock car tires.
16. Drive shaft loops required on all drive shafts.
17. Kill switch is required.
18. Any 429-460, 427-454, 400-440 Mopar type engine pulling in small block street will be checked by a cube checker or by a physical inspection.
19. Cubic inch limit of 475 C.I.
20. Carburetor limit of 950 C.F.M.
21. Flat beds permitted but must be load worthy with sides and tailgate.
22. Must have working suspension, shackles, hangers, etc.
23. Must pull with O.E.M. type transmission and transfer case( no pro-fab transfer cases).
***ANY TRUCKS THAT CANNOT MEET THE H.O. GUIDELINES WILL PULL IN THE MODIFIED STREET TIRE CLASS.

Modified STREET TIRE
1. Fuel injection, turbo's, superchargers will be allowed. Headers may protrude through the hood. Hood modifications allowable for fuel injection, turbo's, and superchargers, provided stock appearance is maintained. Multiple carburation allowed.
2. Modified trucks may run without a radiator, and motor may be moved forward but must stay behind grill.
3. Engine may be different manufacturer than chassis entered.
4. Frames may be different than the make and model of the truck body, but wheels must be in original wheel well location in relation to the body used. Center of wheel must be within 6in. plus or minus of center original wheel well of body being used. Open exhaust is permitted.
5. Fuel and gasoline, alcohol, aviation fuel, any pump gas, and NOS are permitted.
6. Hook height -26in. - Point of break to center of axle should not be less than 27% of wheel base. Pulling hitches are permitted.
7. Weight bracket allowed. Weights can be no further than 60in. from the front center of axle.
8. Kill switches and drive shaft loops are required.
9. Any high output truck is allowed to pull in the modified class: Vehicle can weigh 300lb. heavier than modified.
10. Any width of rim is permitted. Any tire permitted but must be D.O.T.

Street Diesel
1.Weight limit will be 8000 lb.
2. Hitch must be the rear most part of vehicle. No frame alterations, shortening, or lengthening.
3. Stock bumper only or no bumper.
4. No solid suspension.
5.No suspension add-ons, air bags, helper springs, only stock springs and overloads.
6.Competitors traveling over 75 miles will be allowed to trailor in

8. Chips, plates, bigger turbos, injectors allowed.
9. Vehicle must be street legal.
10. No propane injection.
11. No nitrous oxide.
12. No dual rear wheels unless a separate dual wheel class is designated..

Modified Diesel
1. Blocked suspension is permitted.
2. Nitrous, alcohol, water, propane permitted.
3. Pulling type hitches permitted.
4. Bigger turbos, injectors, pumps, chips, dual tubos permitted.
5. Hitch height will be a maximum of 26".
6. Weight bracket will be no more than 60" from center of rear.
7.12" wide wheel limit. 14" wide tread on street trucks.
8. Bar and off road tires permitted only when extreme class is run.
9. Hitch must be at least 27% of wheel base.
10. Any exhaust is permitted, vertical or horizontal. Any pipe diameter allowed. Exhaust cannot exit toward spectatos.
11. Transblankets strongly recommended.
12. Engine kill safety devices recommended Air shut off on fuel.

Outlaw class
1. A technical safety inspection is required before the pull.
2. Drive shaft loops- one per shaft.
3. Universal joint guards are required on each universal joint.
4. Kill switches are required.
5. Safety blanket on automatic transmissions.
6. Blow proof bell housing on standard transmissions.
7. Crank damper shields required unless a S. F. I approved damper is used.
8. Fire extinguisher are required in the cab.
9. Nitrous oxide is permitted.
10. Hook Heights and hitch: Same as modified rule #7 .
11. Any width rim or tire.
