Jeff Hoggan, brought up on emergency recall, will travel to Buffalo this afternoon. Hoggan will enter the lineup if Jeremy Reich is unable to play. Because it's an emergency recall, Hoggan does not have to clear re-entry waivers.

This guy should be on an NHL team somewhere. Its good to see him get called up.

You know -- I was talking to a friend about how great he's been playing for Providence when he truly is here because he was dumped by Boston. No complaint, no groans, nothing from him. He just plays hard. He's one of our top players. Kudos to him!

I do wish everyone in Boston would stop getting hurt though. UGH!
