I don't see a link to listen to the game via online audio. And when I when to the AHL site and clicked on the P-Bruin link there, all I get is "page not found." Utt Ohhhhhh

Do we have to break out out radios and not get the broadcast too????

Why Weren't You There?

October 8 2008, 10:42 PM

I missed you tonight!! Why didn't you come? You can E-mail me that. On the no links.. I'm going to have to look into that.. I usually get them from the scoreboard.. It's going to stink if we can't listen to away games and/or home ones we can't go to.

There is no "listen live"link to the audio or the B2 site for that matter. This is what it says under one of the menu buttons...

LIVE AUDIO - Listen to all 80 regular season and playoff games for free. To listen live, return to the Providence Bruins home page, providencebruins.com, and click on the "Listen Live" link.

WNRI AM 1380 Woonsocket, Bellingham, Franklin

No, Not There

October 10 2008, 7:27 PM

Sorry for the confusion. No, it's not there. When you listen to a game (or I should say I do, I go to the Scoreboard. Then next to where it says Providence it usually has a radio signal that you click on. Right now the top looks like this:

17:00 1st 1 2 3 T S
(THIS IS ALL IN SYMBOLS) Text Game Sheet Game Sheet Game Summary
Binghamton Senators Binghamton Radio Broadcast Web Cast - (these are ALSO in symbols and not all have radio. Radio looks like a little ladder and web is just a thing of lines that get bigger) 0 0 0 0 0
Ricoh Coliseum

Toronto Marlies Toronto Web Cast 0 0 0 0 3
15:25 1st 1 2 3 T PP S
Text Game Sheet Game Sheet Game Summary Wachovia Spectrum

Bridgeport Sound Tigers Bridgeport Web Cast 0 0 0 0 0/1 0
Philadelphia Phantoms Philadelphia Web Cast 0 0 0 0 0/0 0

The above game only has web cast. Now I just looked ahead, and for some insane reason, Providence no longer has the radio symbol (for Sunday) like they always had. THAT is how I always got the game.

So, not that I told you how I got there.. we have to hope that this is just temporary. Springfield always had one as well, but they don't have one for Sunday either!

Here is the link to listen directly to one of the radio stations web casts. Maybe this how we are going to have to do it this way. You can click on it now and see if it works for you.

This is crazy, but I have figured this out,all you have to do is go to ahl.com go to scores and schedules right next to team name will say radio broadcast it will bring up a listen or watch live list just click on radio, and there will be a list of all the games available today they are all free,I listened to last nights game.I can not get tonights but could on sharks radio, also listened to some of Grand Rapids game today, congrats to Landon Wilson big game.I wish we could get a broadcast network that we could hear, you would think Boston would push P-BRUINS to get local outlet someone could hear.I went last sunday, real exciting, came out wanted to listen to a wrap up somewhere, nothing just venting I hyave been going to games since 92,and love being able to listen, and in the past sometimes tape on live radio

I KNow That

October 18 2008, 8:15 PM

I know all that, and in fact, I posted about it and in the "LINKS" section you will now see that it's the very bottom of the links. It's just that last Sunday's game took over five minutes to start and tonight we have to listen to Worcester. I miss our pre-game, and tonight it "showed in blue" that it was on, but I don't know if Providence even knows they are not on the Internet. So, finding it is very easy now. However, it seems like Providence is having trouble getting online.

I really miss the days of listening on the radio. Who thought we'd ever miss Disney Radio?!

And as a huge Landon Wilson fan, I'm very glad to hear of good news!! I have to check that out!!

I found the AHL link! I wen to the P-Bruins page and then it brought me to a page and then I clicked Radio and you can listen at: http://ahl.neulion.com/team/console.htm

I'm going to be adding that (and the other link if it works) to the links.
