Scratch/Injured: Ryan Stokes, Derick Martin, Zach Hamill, Mark Bomersback
Well, once again Providence hit a hot goalie. However, they finally got some pucks past him in the third period. And incredibly with 35 seconds left Marty Karsums tied the game!! WOW!! EXCITEMENT!! And, then... they win.. wow.. what a shocker... hope that woke them up! I knew Sobotka was going to score tonight and that Johnny Boychuk would get a point!
Fifty-seven shots from Providence comparted to just seventeen from Albany! That's nuts!!

Almost gave up on this one,26 shots on goal in 3rd period awesome, listened to river rats postgame after ours, good broadcasters gave Bruins all the credit saying if you give up 59 shots to a team like Providence you are going to lose.Hopefully the momentum will carry over against Philly. Also congrats to Vlad Svobotka 2nd ot game winner.
Didn't listen to the game, but I am glad that they rallied and won. I love Sobotka he hustles and you can always count on him in the clutch. Even though it was only supposed to be a weekend stint I would love to have him a little longer.
Thanks for the info about the Albany broadcasters. I so hated when we had to listen to Worcester and they kept being SUCH homers. Last night OUR own Kevin (or was it Adam?) gave tons of credit to Albany's goaltending. You have to give credit where it's due.
I was so excited when Marty tied the game that I almost tossed my Diet Coke across the room. LOL!
