Scratches/Injured: Peter Schaefer, Kevin Schaeffer, Byron Bitz
It was really good to see Ryan Stokes back, and Vladimir Sobotka and Martin St. Pierre (after several shifts) fit right back in like they never left. Now I don't mean that they didn't get better.... I mean that they just jelled with Mikko Lehtonen and the others.
It was another good game where most everyone was really giving it there all. I just wish that Wacey Rabbit would have scored. He was trying so, so hard.
Also, back to Mikko Lehtonen... he is just getting better and better every game. I'm shocked (because he's so good) that Ryan Stokes is a rookie, but the one rookie that has grown so much is Mikko Lehtonen. IMO anyway. It's just a pleasure to watch him play.
After a kind of crummy goal for Bridgeport, Providence did score and never looked back.
