I have to admit the absence of Martin St. Pierre was very strange. He may just have an injury or have been sick. However, the rumor mills began that he had "been traded". Well, no one's been traded by Boston....... at least not yet. So, Providence only had 17 skaters.
With that said, those 17 skaters (and one goalie) really didn't have a very good game (again). I never saw so many missed passes and, very troubling, players getting the puck and then sort of standing there with it like, "OOOOh, the puck!!" I love Zach Hamill, but help.. he was the worst at the fore mentioned.
Also, someone remind Matt Lashoff of this game when he wonders why he's not in Boston. Now, I'm not giving Tuukka high marks for the game. He let in a couple of bad ones. But, on the last goal, Manitoba just tossed it in on the left side of the net. VERY annoying while Matt Lashoff just STOOD there! Hey McFly!! Lashoff.. helloo..... you may want to try defending?
Also, not one puck bounced the Bruins way. Friday was the worst game I ever saw, and today was the most annoying. I'm not sure which is worst. Oh, and don't even ASK about the power(less) play!!
