Providence 0, Manitoba 2

Scratch/Injured: Ryan Stokes, Andrew Bodnarchuk, Peter Schaefer, Jonathan Tremblay

In the pre-game today, Rob Murray was mentioning how funny it was that he had been talking about Tuukka having a rough time and then he played such a good game. But, as pointed out last night, the big thing that hurt the Bruins last night was Manitoba's goalie. I guess he's one of the very best in the AHL right now. Thank goodness he IS in the Western Conference!

One Thing You Can Always Count On

March 8 2009, 10:08 AM

Well, the one thing you can always count on is that the Canadians love their hockey! Heck, we have had crowds of 9,000 or so, so I don't feel bad. I do feel bad that the poor guys can't buy a vowel er.. a win.. Hopefully today.
