Captain???

I'm curious as to why you are assuming he'd be the captain of the P-Bruins (if he doesn't make Boston). Is it just because he was the captain of the Rivermen? Or is his age? I'd expect that decision to be made when Providence has a whole team, and I'd never assume because one was a captain and/or are older that they'll be captain -- personally. So, I'm curious as to what made you think he will.

Also odd.. is that this isn't on Boston's site OR in transactions. Strange!

LOL

Yeah, I figured because of his age and the fact that he has been captain of his teams the last few years, he would just slid into Jeremy's spot. As you read, he has a dynamic presence in the lockeroom and on the ice. I think the chances are good.

If Johnny Boychuk doesn't make Boston, I think he'd make a great captain! And, that's not only because he's a favorite player wink.gif
