Galvin has become one of the premier players in the GLVC. She finished last season as the Knights most highly decorated player, taking home MVP honors of the GLVC Tournament, as well as First-Team All-Region and All-GLVC honors. She hasn’t skipped a beat this year, as she is amongst the GLVC leaders in scoring with 16.1 points per game and second in rebounding, pulling down nine a night. She isn’t alone however. Players such as senior guard Destony Curry chips in 10.1 points a night, and junior guard Raven Merriweather chips in 12.3 points and four rebounds a night, as well. Running the floor is senior Whitney Hartiage who is amongst the GLVC leaders in assists and turnover ratio.

Prediction: Georgia Tech 26, Kentucky 20
YSU rallied back from an early hole and clinched a trip to the semifinals in double overtime in a 30-23 victory over Wofford last weekend. Tevin McCaster provided the game-winning two-yard touchdown and do-it-all running back Jody Webb racked up a program-record 331 all-purpose yards to lead the way.
Against Towson on Dec. 6, Jones scored 19 points with eight boards and two blocks in just 14 minutes on the floor as Maryland won 97-63. In the Terps’ 101-49 win over Saint Peter’s on Dec. 8, Jones went 14-for-16 from the floor for a career-high 30 points with four boards, four steals and a block in 20 minutes.
Troy was ranked in the AP Top 25 at one point this season, but then it lost by 32 to Arkansas State. Ohio has a talented defense, as it almost upset Western Michigan in the MAC Championship game.
Players to watch
The Bulls are an impressive 10-2, and even their losses look good. South Florida dropped a decision to Temple, champions of the AAC. South Carolina has had a nice bounce back year, but the Bulls should cruise in this one.
The Tigers have players who've been polished to a lustrous shine in recent seasons.

Tanner Mangum will get the start for the injured Taysom Hill in this one. Wyoming excels in controlling the clock on the ground, and that’s going to be key in neutralizing the fast-paced Cougar attack. Still, BYU simply features more talent on both sides of the ball.
