AWF Rules, Information and How to Post a Photo --------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOU ASKED FOR IT AND NOW WE ARE DOING IT. The AFFORDABLE WATCH FORUM IS NOW THE $200 AND UNDER WATCH FORUM....... I, like you love watches I post and read a number of forums and will continue to do so and I encourage you to also do so. There is so much information for you in these forums Its great to get different views. My collection is not very large but I always have trouble deciding which to put on. One day I noticed most of my watches were bought for under $200 I wondered how many watches were for sale for $200. So I went to Ebay and tried Buy It Now and found 106 pages of men's watches for sale under $200.Try it yourself sometime. There are so many affordable quality watches, Seiko,Orient,Casio,Citizen,Hamilton,Bulova,Invicta,Vostok,Croton,Swiss Army,Wenger,Elgin, too many to name. While one of my favorite forums, Poor Man's Watch Forum, does covers these lower priced watches .I felt it was time to start a forum dedicated to just the under $200 watch. When I say under $200 I mean a Street Price of $200 or less. The price you would pay from an Internet dealer, new or used. or on Ebay While we all know you won't get a used Rolex or Patek Philippe for $200 you CAN get an vintage Omega or a Rado or a Tissot for under $200. So I will ask you to keep your posts only to Watches $200 and under . Sure a dollar or two over is OK and if shipping is included you can subtract reasonable shipping costs. But if its too high for this forum post it on PMWF or WUC . If I think a watch you post can not be bought for $200 I may ask you to prove your price source.............Guidelines and Posting Rules 1. Please be polite, supportive and helpful. 2. Please post Watches or Accessories for Sale on the Sales Page. You may link to dealers' and manufacturers' online site to advertise or promote a watch. NO posts to manufacturers or online dealers that sell replicas, fakes or counterfeits. ALL sales posts must have a photo posted with it. ( see how to post photo below) 3. Please post your auction links to the Auction Links Page. You can post links to Ebay or other auctions only if you post a short description of your auction item including if you have a Buy it Now feature. 4. You are welcome to link to other watch forums. 5. Keep you posts to watches with a price of $200 or less. All posts are the opinion of the poster and in no way the opinion of the affordable watch forum, owner, sponsors, or other members. I dislike rules and will try not to add any more than this. But as sole owner of this forum I will add and enforce rules as they become needed. I hope you enjoy this forum and have fun with it. Please email me with any concerns, suggestions, gripes anything. And I Thank You for your interest....
