Does that thing have a Hemi in it?

I was visiting my friend Matt Zimmerman who does classic wood boat restoration here in Columbus and he asked if I knew anyone who wants a Hemi. It's a 1954 331 Hemi with two two barrel carbs on it and he said it ran fine when it was last pulled. I'm not an expert, but it looked like a good value at $3500, which is what he wants for it.
