I have one that I got from Michigan. It's complete, including skid fin, props, shaft, motor mounts, etc. Has no trailer but ready to roll out. It needs some rehab but could be ready this year easily. It's a grand prix with a crash cockpit but no canopy. Call at 206 669 3549.

info on the boat
December 30 2007, 8:30 PM
I've been told the boat is a Balcher (Balker?, similar or essentially identical to Bob Larimore's boat. I think Mike Weber drove this craft. I got it at Harsen's Island, MI last July. It includes everything but trailer and motor, and has two props and skid fins that come with it. I'm selling for $2500. I got it for something to play with but we're just too busy for it. Give me a call at206 669 3549.

Wrong

the Laramore boat the first one was the old bakers dozen {staudacher} and that one is sitting in Seattle the last I hered. The other one in question was the one made by Dave Wcerzinski for Heuy that boat was floating around and is a baskit case and was driven by Mike Weber.
One of the other ones could be the one owned by Jerry Bell. This one is a baskit case also.

Sorry if I have the info incorrect. I'm going on what I've heard from a source but have no other direct knowledge. The boat is in Seattle area and can be seen at any time. I don't know if I'd call it a basket case but it would need some work.
1st-there are 2 Larimore hulls in the Seattle area-the older of the 2 has been relegated as a display boat for many years. The 2nd hull-UL23 was last campaigned by Larimore, and driven a few seasons ago by JW Meyers/nofear racing team, that hull was accredited to Balcer as the builder or designer(i thought)The hull that Ken has is very close in resemblance to the Blue Mule 3(Balcer hull) that is advertised for sale on the ULHRA website. it does not have tail feathers like Stalders boat. The pedigree is still undetermined as Steve B. says that it is not his child.
Ken - what was the GP # for the boat?-there are alot of GP guys that could clear up the history on this site

HULLS
January 1 2008, 8:55 AM
The first Larimore hull was the old bakers dozen. Heavly modified my be. I still have the original transom hanging in the shop. After the attempt to make this hull bigger did not work as good as hoped I than built the second Larimore hull that is currantly owned by Will Muncy.
The hull from harson's Island was built by Dave Wzerwinski for Heuy driven by Mike than sold to Ted Dudly was involved in a misshap with a truck than parked in a storage lot picked up by someone on harson's Island attemted to be made into a pleasure boat sold out west.
A picture will probably clear this up.
For those looking for an upgraded hull 25" G.P./ UL I have one laid out That is going to be assembled as soon as I get cought up. maybe in the spring.
