Vintage Buick V8 Engine For Sale

My Dad wanted me to post an engine for sale. He is an old 225 racer, and used to run Summer Wine. We still run Inboards, but have some of his old equipment hanging around. I will email you pictures if you are interested. Specs for the engine are below:

It is a true vintage hydroplane original fresh engine right out of his old 225 hydro. It is a 1961-1963 215 ci all aluminum Buick V8. Last run in 1980 in his vintage 225 Staudacher hydro. Reconditioned stock crank and rods. Vinola pistons. Motor bored to 60 over. Flat tappet mushroom lifter cam. Air flow research heads. Oppenhauser 2 2 barrel manifold w/ carburetors. Modified HEI distributor. Modified Stock oil pan for circle racing. It's been sitting for quite a few years, but this engine is reconditioned, fresh, and ready to go.

Additional parts including engine exhaust headers are available, as well as dyno time if requested.
